In 2024, she established Mitu Associates with the aim of supporting various humanitarian causes including social welfare, medical assistance, disaster relief, and educational scholarships. Her tireless dedication, leadership, and generous spirit earned her deep respect and admiration across all communities. Nilufa Begum was not only a social worker but also a source of inspiration—proving that a woman’s initiative can transform lives and uplift entire communities. Ayesha Akter Mitu, from the charming village of Sugandhi, began her marital journey on January 1, 2013, with her husband Hanif Dewan, who now resides abroad. A proud mother of a son and a daughter, she gracefully balances family life with her responsibilities. Despite her busy days, she remains a dedicated and guiding member of the Board of Mitu Associates, nurturing the organization like her own family.

Born and raised in the peaceful village of Muktir Kandi, Sumaiya Akter Fency married Farhad Hossain on August 29, 2014, who currently lives overseas. She lovingly raises a son and a daughter, weaving her days with care and commitment. Amidst her vibrant family life, she actively serves as a valued member of the Board of Mitu Associates, contributing her heart and ideas to every step forward.
Nupur Akter (Mim)

Alongside her professional career and motherhood to a beloved son, she brings energy and fresh perspectives. Md. Abu Sufian Sarkar
Designation: Field Operation Director
Born on October 4, 2004, he serves as the Field Operation Director at Mitu Aid, a sister concern of Mitu Associates. In this role, he oversees field-level coordination and ensures smooth execution of all relief and outreach programs. His dedication and leadership have made a significant impact on community support and disaster response activities.
